Samantha Boik began her ballet training in Michigan and went on to study at Virginia School of the Arts during high school. She also studied at the Rochester School of Dance and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School. Summer programs included Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Houston Ballet Academy, Pacific Northwest Ballet and Milwaukee Ballet. She is also a certified Pilates instructor at Gold's Gym in the Triangle.
