Hannah Gelfond is from San Francisco where she studied dance at the Academy of Ballet. She is an apprentice with Carolina Ballet after participating in the summer intensive program at UNC Wilmington.   During that program Ms. Gelfond performed in the premiere of Robert Weiss' The Waltzes of Old Vienna.
