Ashley Hathaway is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina  where she began her training at  Raleigh School of Ballet and continued her training at North Carolina School of the Arts through high school. She spent several summers at School of American Ballet in New York City and Pacific Northwest Ballet. Ms. Hathaway has been in Carolina Ballet productions since she was a child. She danced in Coppelia, and the role of Clara in Carolina Ballet’s premiere production of Nutcracker in 2001.  She has also danced in the corps for “Snow” and “Flowers”in Nutcracker.
