3. Free Exchanges
Exchange your tickets (subject to availability) by mail or fax up to 48 hours prior to
the original performance date. Subscribers exchanging to higher-priced seats will be charged the difference. There is no refund for exchanging to lower-priced tickets.

4. Lost Tickets
Don’t worry. We have a record of your subscription seats.

5. Renewable and priority seating
As a subscriber, you can renew your exact same seats and series year after year. You also get priority when making seating or series changes.

6. No waiting in long lines
Subscribers receive their tickets in the mail.

7. 10% Discount
Order additional tickets for performances in the subscription series and enjoy a 10% discount. Great for gifts or when family is in town!

8. Advance notice for special events
As a subscriber, you will receive advance notice to several exciting Carolina Ballet special events.

Subscribers receive Arabesque, Carolina Ballet's bi-annual newsletter providing a look behind-the-scenes at Carolina Ballet.

There is a subscription package available for every budget and schedule.

11. Flex Subscription
The perfect subscription for the busy person. You receive five vouchers good for any seats (excluding Dress Circle) for any ballet in the subscription season. For example, you can use your five vouchers all at once for one ballet or one voucher for each of the subscription season offerings or in a different combination if you choose (excluding Nutcracker). You may redeem your vouchers for the best available seats by mailing them to Carolina Ballet anytime after August 8, 2007. Seating is subject to availability, with no refunds for lower priced tickets. Flex tickets are not valid for Dress Circle seats.

We hope you utilize your subscription tickets so that purchased seats are not left empty. You can also donate your tickets back to Carolina Ballet and obtain a receipt for a tax-deductible donation. Donations must be made 48 hours prior to the show. For the first time, you can now donate and forward your tickets online through "My CB Account."
