Alexa Testa

Alexa Testa began her ballet training at Eglevsky Ballet on Long Island. She attended The School of American Ballet Summer Course on full scholarship in 2015 and was invited to join the winter term. Alexa spent six years training under Kay Mazzo, Suki Schorer, and Susan Pilarre. In 2021, she was awarded the Rudolf Nureyev Foundation Scholarship. She has also spent summers training at NYSSSA, Ballet Academy East, Miami City Ballet, Charlotte Ballet, and Boston Ballet. Most recently, she attended Carolina Ballet’s Summer Intensive where she was invited to join the company as an apprentice for the 2021-2022 season.
