Access your Tickets
You can access your tickets through your Carolina Ballet Account Manager. On the site, you will be able to see all your upcoming shows and transfer tickets to friends and family.
Follow the below steps to get ready for the show!
YOUR TICKET IS YOUR PHONE
ON YOUR PHONE, sign into your Carolina Ballet Account Manager with your Ticketmaster account email and password.
**Make sure the Carolina Ballet Box Office has your correct email on file.**

Click on Sign Up at the bottom of the login screen, as shown to the left.

Select your event.

Tap on My Events to locate your shows.
STEP 4
Tap your section row and seat to view your tickets.
You now have the option to add them to your mobile wallet.
STEP 5: AT THE THEATER
When you arrive at the theater show your phone to get scanned, and you're in!

Bag Policy
For the safety and security of our audience members, all bags are subject to search and must meet size requirements. A small clutch or wallet is recommended and no bags larger than 12" x 12" x 10" will be allowed. This includes backpacks, camera bags, and oversized purses.
*Diaper bags are allowed for guests with infants and toddlers
(child must be present).
Security Screening
In addition to our bag policy, guests are required to enter through a security screening, which includes the use of a metal detector. Alternate screening methods are available for guests with accessibility needs.
Guests will walk through the metal detectors (items can be carried through, pockets and bags do not need to be emptied). In case of an unsatisfactory or incomplete scan, items will need to be removed from pockets and guests will be provided with a clean surface to empty bag contents.
PARKING
The Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts is located at 2 East South St.
There are 2 parking lots* directly across from the Theater on South St. The Performing Arts Parking Deck* is located on the corner of Salisbury and West South St at 128 West South St. The Convention Center Underground Deck is located at 1 East Lenoir St and is about a minute walk to the Theater.
Prices range from $5-$10.
*Golf carts provide shuttle services for patrons with mobility issues.
